Our policy is valid for a period of 7 working days from the date of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds however you can return the products for a free of cost replacement if there is any problem with the delivered items. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since receiving, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a replacement.
1. Replacement requirements:
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a replacement:
– Product is defective (rips or tears)
– Product is not as described (missing pieces, misspelled names, number, design)
– Product must be unused
– Product must not be damaged
We will not accept any returns that has been worn, washed or garments that has been through wear and tear.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a replacement.
2. Proof of purchase
To complete your replacement order, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do a replacement.
3. Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and provide any visual evidence of the issues you may have.
Returns can be mailed to: Image Sport ApS , Naverland 1 C, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark . You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to be replaced. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a replacement.
