Manufacturing Process

How Does it Work?

1. DESIGN SUBMISSION

After submitting your order, we will send you a graphic design of your team uniform or jersey you want to order.
This will include all the details/placement of colors, logo, elements, name, numbering,so please make sure all details are provided prior to creating the design. If you need any help in creating your design our talented graphic designers will assist you on that.

2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Once the final design is approved your order will go into production. If you have ordered a pre-production sample or the full order.

3. PRODUCTION - PRINT

Once the order enters the production it goes through different stages, in the first stage the approved design will be transferred to sublimation printer and then onto the fabric.

4. CUT & SEW

In the second stage the printed panels will be inspected and cross verified with the actual design approved.

We will then cut the panels and sew and pieced them together on sewing machine.

5. QUALITY CONTROL

Once the production is completed, our quality control team will inspect the final products to ensure there are no issues.

Products are individually packed and sealed in cartons.

6. SHIPPING

Order is complete and ready for shipping.

We will handle all the shipping paperwork and arrange shipping of your products to your doorstep.
