How To Order

To place the order please download the order form, fill it out, save it and email it to order@image-sport.com

You can also fill out the form below if you need any help with your design, send us as much information, idea or inspiration to your desire design and we will take care of rest.After receiving the details, we will contact you and begin to consult the order and details with you.

On receiving the details from you we will create a graphic design to get your approval on design, coloring, application, selection of collar, numbers & name fonts and etc.

Once you approve the graphic design we will issue a order confirmation/invoice for payment and continue the further process of sampling or the order can be put straight into production.

GRAPHIC DESIGNS

You can send the graphic design documents in the following format – CDR. AI. PSD. PDF If you do not have any option to send in any of above format you can also send us the file in form of Jpg. or PNG. Image at a resolution of least 300dpi. If you have a logo or an idea but lack skills to put it all together, don´t worry! Image Sport`s talented graphic designers are always willing to work with you to bring your concept to life!

COLORING

Please select your desired color in the Pantone color chart by clicking on the following link. When selecting the colors please pay attention to the instructions in the colors section.

DESIGN ELEMENTS

There are several key elements in creating a design. Please check our Design elements section to choose the desire collar, application, name and number font for your team uniforms or jerseys.

FABRIC

We offer a wide range of fabrics which suit your apparel and requirement.
Our fabric range includes: Coolmax, Spandex, Air knit, Peach skin, Dazzle, Cotton feel, Bird-eye mesh and many more.
All our fabrics comes with dry-fit, moisture wicking and breathable functionality.

SIZING

Please visit our sizing guide section to pick your size for your apparel. Our sizing is true to size and similar to which used by many brands.

DELIVERY PROGRESS

Our standard delivery time is 14-21 business days
Exact lead time will be advised after receiving your order details and will be agreed prior to proceeding of the final production.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order.

PAYMENT METHOD

Our preferred payment method are by bank deposit or wire.
For small payments we also accept Paypal.
All orders must be paid in full before final shipping

DELIVERY MODE

We offer a wide variety of shipping options including ocean, road, air cargo and express courier.
Orders shipped with express courier from our factory is delivered by DHL or FedEX.
Transit time is approx. 3-7 days depending on your location.
Orders shipped from our office in Denmark is delivered by FedEX, GLS, Bring or Postnord. Transit time is approx. 1-3 days depending on your location.
You can also choose to pick-up your order from our office in Denmark.
